No feedback

I am still waiting for someone to actually take time and respond to me without me having to call or email.. I have sent through a debit order reversal on the 15 November already, no outcome, no feedback, nothing.. I have to call and email and then i still dont get a response.

can some manager or someone please sort this out for me because i have had enough!!!
