no feed back given, instead they play hide and see

I did an application for personal loan with fnb, i bank with them, instead of getting a feedback from them, whether good or not i get funny smses from them, 1st sms says they have been unsuccessful in contacting me regading the approval of my loan and i must contact them, when i call the lady on the phone says. the agent is busy with my application and they will call as soon as possible, next day same sms arrives, my phone all this time was working fine, decide not call them, i heard nothing from them and decide to send my message on their Facebook page, RB Jacabos promise me a feedback, its been been more than a week now still nothing from them. A feedback will great, but realized not a reliable bank after all.RB Jacobs assured me of the feedback before the end of the business day last week already, twice,still nothing, they should change their logo, its contradicting their service<br>
