No Faith in FNB's ***** dept, so disappointing

I logged a query with the ***** dept in July of 2023 and the agent that was assigned to my case is Kelebogile Tshole.

5 months later after several emails and bank visits following up on my case. I'm yet to receive any formal explanation as to how is it that a bank as big as FNB, takes no responsibility of any *****ulent activity that took place on my account. I'm dissatisfied with the agent handling my case no formal report has been presented to me with their findings. FNB is failing to take responsibility on their flaws. I need my case re-evaluated by another agent , FNB to pay me back my money.

I need my case to be assigned to someone that understands or has better knowledge regarding *****ulent cases, one that will provide feedback without being prompted.
