No Fairness - Feel let down by FNB

This is completely ridiculous! I was requested to get all Settlement Paid Up Letters from FNB, which I did after weeks of running around FNB department to FNB department. What can be done to assist and aid my Business with obtaining credit (which I've had an account for over a year). Things from 10yrs ago can't be haunting us like this, I'm sure this isn't even lawful and fair. This is highly upsetting, please urgently advise what can be done so my Business is measured on it's Banking Financials (which is great!) rather than Director's past from 10 years ago.
