NO EXPLANATION GIVEN FOR PMT HON CHARGES

First time I complained about PMT Hon charges on my account (24 July) a consultant responded saying I'd get a call back which I never did. Instead the charges she referred to had nothing to do with what I was again.

Again on 04/08/20 I had the very same person dealing with the complaint and again she did not answer what I was asking instead told me about what wanted to. When I responded with a screenshot of the charges I'm referring to I had no further response from her (again).

What a waste of time Micheala!
