No ethical standards for FNB

FNB’s ethical behaviour and treatment of clients are absolutely horrible. I complained at the ombudsman about it and still nothing. FNB’s response to the ombudsman is full of discrepancies and I emailed them proof that my balance on the day of question was not the same as what FNB claimed it was to the ombudsman. I have emailed proof to the ombudsman about all the discrepancies and ethical violations according to the banking sector’s own code of conduct but I guess if you are a big company you have the right to treat people as you wish and do want you want without consequences.
