No end to my bank issues

I need help and I cant seem to be getting help...I app**** for a cheque account online a couple of years back it happen that they duplicated my requested which lead to me having 2 cheque accounts, now one of the is apparently blocked and it so happens that SARS is paying me my rebate into that blocked account and when I went to the branch I was told to wait 3 days and the money will automatically fall into the branch where I opened my account they will contact me to get an alternative account number, however I opened this account online so Im not sure which is my branch, 2) apparently this account has been KYC'ed and the branch needed my proof of residence, i am currently based in Limpopo ( and visited the Groblersdal branch) but originally im from Joburg, I am unable to get hold of my proof of residence due to the fact that Im in initiation in Limpopo and its going to be almost impossible for me to get hold of my POR, now I want to know whats going to happen as I am unable to go to the SARS branch I was only able to go to the FNB branch in Groblersdal as travelling and getting around in Limpopo is very limited. Can someone please advise on a way foward.
