No Emphathy for Small Businesses during Covid-19 Times

I am running a small business and we are still not operational since Lockdown, to my surprise i got an email from FNB telling me if i dont pay the bank charges in 15 days the account will be closed,

Don't you people understand the situation that the whole world is going through, especially for small businesses, i find it very cruel for you not to be empathetic and understanding in this times to your clients, it is so ridiculous, i wish we opened an account with Nedbank in the 1st place
