No empahy and bullying are how FNB help you!

FNB has had zero empathy - only offered further covid loans and not honored payment arrangements made with their customers, instead choosing to go "pre-legal" which is just a fancy way to bully people into trying to pay money they don't have, through no fault of their own. This year has been a huge challenge, and like many others my family is trying to just barely survive. After a perfect credit record for my entire life and ensuring I have kept my commitment to the bank and to my debts, even if it "is to little" according to their call centre agents - they would rather add stress and intimidate people. Good luck with the legal process, I will fight FNB every step of the way.
