No email response, horrible service

Could you please respond on the issues below. I created my account over a month ago, and still cannot use my card. Please see all my complaints.<br> ***Q, ***Q, 894078, SD***.<br> The main issue is - According to the emails you will see that the card is activated, but I cannot use it.<br> Please see the rest of the issues as well.
