No email contact for FNB Personal loan dept
I have been trying to get hold of FNB Personal loan dept to inform them I am unemployed since July 2019 but all I get told is they don't have an email .. I must call them I am unemployed I don't have airtime to contact them and when I try to lay a complaint on the website I get my cell is not valid but it is.
I'm annoyed now I have tried to contact and inform them but just kept getting told there is no way except calling them and I have tried to explain to the consultants via the chat system what the situation is and they gave me a few emails which I wrote to each and everyone and no one got back to me
