NO EMAIL ADDRESS IN ANY CONTACT WITH FNB
Everywhere I go look, I cannot find any contact details with an email address.
PUT EMAIL ADDRESSES ON THE WEBSITE - Contact Us. PUT AN EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE BANK STATEMENTS, IF YOU REFER THE QUERY TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT, PUT A ****** EMAIL ADDRESS!!!!
Always have to phone. Always 500 security questions, which are all ****. They just checking their records are up to date.

Second, if you READ the complaint, it told you which department - the website, the statements, the refer to other department - can you read?
