No Electriciry token but money was deducted
FNB sent me an electricity token with just zeros,mind you their call centre closes at 5 so we cant get help aftet that we had to go to bed with no lights.This morning I call them they cant help me because they cant pick anything up on their system but my statement shows that the money was deducted ,oh and the turn around time is 48hours.So we have to wait a further 48hiurs without lights.

03 Apr 2020, 15:43So FNB was serious about the 48hours?48hours of my house without lights yet we bought electricity and they decided to send us zeros as the token number?We going on a weekend does this mean we will spend the whole weekend without the lights?Whats wrong with FNB?
