NO EFFORT IS BEING MADE TO FNB CUSTOMERS

I mistakenly transferred R2000.00 into someone's account. I then called FNB for help. They send me reversal forms. I filled it and send back. After 3 days they send me a feedback, after I called them for follow up, saying they couldn't get the money due to insufficient funds in that other person 's account. Compared to other banks I feel they are not doing any effort to trace the money. Capitec once helped my friend after she realises after a week that she deposited money into wrong account. FNB REALLY YOU CANT HELP YOUR RELIABLE CUSTOMER.??? THEY ONLY GAVE ME THE PERSON CELL NUMBER WHICH SOMETIMES HE DOESNT PICK UP. They cant even try to trace his other contacts. I trusted FNB that's why I chose to open an account with them, but I am very disappointed and sad. much effort can be done. I don't think you are doing enough to help your clients.
