No eBucks rewards due to a technicality beyond my control

I did not meet the criteria to earn bucks for the month of March due the fact that my account was not in good standing. Upon further enquiry I was informed that this is due to KYC. I reached out to the KYC department and they could not find any issues with my account, however the "refreshed" my account and assured me that the issue should now be resolved. I then reached out to the eBucks department again to query this and I was told that unfortunately the system will only update next month on the 15th and I would therefore not earn any eBucks for March.

I do not accept this; not earning eBucks due to some technicality beyond my control. I work hard to ensure that I am level 5 every month to maximise my rewards and if I do not get my eBucks for March I will close my account alongside my wife's account and my two FNBy accounts. I don't like being ****ed over.
