No eBucks received for Smart Spend

I spent R35,719.04 on resort accommodation in Maldives on the 30th of June (description of the statement: Purch Ellaidhoo Tourist Ref ***), but I did not get any smart spend eBucks from this purchase. I was supposed to get R450 and R600 as I had already spent R15,000.00 on my account and received the R300 eBucks rewards. R450 for hitting the R30,000.00 spending criteria, and R600 for hitting the R45,000 spending criteria. Please pay back my money and stop cheating me.
