No eBucks on Credit Card and No Feedback on Query

I was called by FNB in Dec 2018 and offered a credit card which I accepted. At the time I already had an FNB current account on which I was receiving eBucks. I assumed that if I open a credit card I would automatically be getting eBucks on that as well, since one's eBucks reward level is automatically determined by which FNB products you hold. In my Feb 2019 statement however I noticed that I was not getting eBucks on my credit card spending. I called the eBucks call centre and were advised that the credit card was not linked. It's not their problem though, it's Credit Card's problem. So I phone them and they open a query ( ********** Q), requesting that my eBucks get allocated retrospectively. That was more than a week ago. Today, 7 Mar, I call ********** again to follow up, I go through the whole authentication process and hold for 10 minutes. I finally get to speak to someone who asks what the query is about. I say 'eBucks', only for her to put me through to I don't know where and be asked to enter my ID number again.. ? Please can I get some feedback and, most importantly, my eBucks?
