No eBucks if you don't leave your salary for 24hrs

I hope you are doing well & that you are able to let other FNB customers know to be careful of being overdrawn on their accounts for a month because if you are then you will not get any eBucks.<br> <br> I realized that I haven't been getting any eBucks rewards for a while now. I decided to check why & the main reason was because I got overdrawn. I thought that it was fair because I recall on certain occasions that after Service Fees, etc. it went over by a couple of Rands. <br> <br> I decided to ensure that I leave enough money in my account so that I don't get overdrawn so that I receive some eBucks rewards for last month. When I didn't get again I realized I was overdrawn but didn't understand why. I called the eBucks department who directed me to FNB & when contacting the call centre, an agent advised that the reason I got overdrawn is because when my salary get's paid into my account I should leave it there for 24 hours because it is not cleared. <br> <br> If I draw money on the day the salary is paid I will automatically be overdrawn. Also on my statement it indicates that it will clear in 24 hrs but I've never seen that before. I feel this is unfair cause who leaves the salary for 24 hrs.
