No eBucks for putting in fuel at Engen garages as FNB advertises!

With regards the eBucks program. We are told we can earn eBucks on our fuel spend at Engen garages. I then started filling up at Engen for my wife and kids cars too, yet up until now I have been unable to find where I was allocated ANY eBucks for fuel spend. I even put in the more expensive 95 premium petrol and 50 ppm diesel! FNB has cheated me out of my fuel spend rewards.
