No Ebucks for December 2021

So I called Ebucks to find out why did I not received any ebucks in December and I got told its my credit acc and his going to transfer me to Premier suite. I explained the story again just to find out his transferring me back to ebucks, why!!!!

Really i dont know why FNB employed people that doesnt want to listen and do their work properly.
