No eBucks allocated
FNB told me that ebucks are allocated to the ebucks account between the 8th and12th of the month. The dates came and went and as a Private Bank Wealth Client, I was bypassed and not given my ebucks. My money is good enough but not good enough to be rewarded for it.
On top of it FNB is manipulating the eBucks earn as they moved my bond debit order to the last day of the month even though the debit order was set for the 1st. Now I got a bad name for unpaid bond payments as the funds go into the account on the 1st. So no eBucks on your "bad" bond mam.

14 Feb 2025, 14:40My banker checked and eBucks is stating that my FNB Home Loan (one of 4 properties) is in bad standing and thus no eBucks will be earned. Problem is that FNB Home Loans "changed" my debit order from the instructed 1st of the month to the last day of the month causing my bond payment to not go through and only go through on the second attempt on the 1st of the month. FNB clearly manipulated the eBucks. Lets see what they come up with else I need to log a crimen injuria case for the reputational damage and a ***** case for the loss of income
