No documents - there word against mine.

Have a health cash back plan NO documents on my app,now i have been told its there policy to pay out 24 hours only,just funny i have had 3 other claims where they paid out prorata. Now i have been told to look at my policy schedule which i dnt have so again they can tell me anything. Will def not recommended this policy to anyone. I get penilised because my doc just operate in day hospital nd not normal hospital. So i have been in hospital for more than 72 hours, but now i haven't been told not same hospital. But its same one. I have proof that doc just operate in day hospital , but still no Would have been in normal hospital.
