No DHA booking Time Slots

Why can't I get an Available Time Slot for DHA Passport at FNB Cornubia ?

I paid all is OK on the website but as soon as I try and make a booking ... no time slots SORRY .. its been like that for weeks i also get no joy when phoning WHY
