No Delivery or refund for Ebucks order!!!

I have requested a refund on an item due to ebucks not fulfilling the order that I purchased via the Ebucks portal on the FNB App. initial order was placed on 29th November, not deliverey of item by the 31st December so a refund request was done on 31 December 2024, and to date, nothing has been done, nor have we received any communication regarding the refund or that they will deliver the item ordered.
