No delivery on claim submitted

I have never experienced such inefficiencies before with any insurance provider. I put a claim in 4 months ago and to date have never spoken to any attorney!!! The service levels are despicable to say the least, the attorneys assigned to cases don't care to even contact you! when you raise your concerns with FNB you are pasted from pillar to post!!! I even logged a formal complaint and no much help came from that!!! I now request that all of my premiums be refunded and my policy canceled with immediate effect!!! i have been pay for years and now that i claim i don't get what i have been paying for!!! I should i have signed up with with Legal wise!!! i regret the day i signed up with FNB. My legal matter is important too me!!! As FNB has demonstrated that it is not important to them, i demand that i be refunded all of my premiums!!!
