No delivery from ebucks store
I purchased an item on the ebucks online store on 1 Dec 2021 and to date have not received the item. I contacted the ebucks contact centre 3 times since December and cannot get a proper answer as to when the item will be delivered. If there is no stock of an item DO NOT advertise the item. Call centre agents promise to phone back with an update yet nobody calls. Completely unacceptable and poor service delivery from the ebucks store.

24 Jan 2022, 08:51It has been 48 working hours since I complained and to date NO ONE has contacted me. If you cannot fulfil the order please process a refund. Next week will be 2 months since I placed the order and I still have not received my order!!!!
