No delivery

We bought a laptop from FNB by making a telephonic order on 12 Jan 2015, we had chosen a particular laptop and we were advised that the delivery will be made within 10 working days. The 10 working days lapsed and we didn't receive our laptop nor any communication from FNB. We then made a follow-up call and we were then advised that the laptop we had initially purchased is no longer available as their supplier stopped supplying it. We were not happy with that as we specifically wanted that particular laptop for a reason. We were then offered a different laptop and were advised that it is also as compatible and that it will be delivered within 3 working days that was on the 26th of Jan 2015, to this day no one has contacted us to explain what the hold is with the laptop. We have made countless calls to both FNB and their courier company and they don't seem to be on the same page about what is happening and further more they tell us different stories. this has been an awful experience and had i known that we would go through so much trouble to attain something that we will be paying for we would have purchased a laptop else where. we still have not received the laptop nor communicatio
