No decent service. Worst banking experience ever

From 4 star to 1. And if there were a zero I’d choose it. Fnb connect is actually a useless waste of time. Extremely expensive. Have a flawed system. Tell me my device is approved. So I get accessories like an idiot. A few days later it’s declined. Change your useless system. Problem 2. Normally I get my new card sent to me, a text or something. This time, two weeks later and nothing. The courier would have normally delivered by now. Service is now pathetic. Definitely a waste of my time. Some payments have become issues. The virtual card only taps flawlessly , and that is not a compliment. It’s now 3 bad experiences with connect. Fnb has become terrible in all departments now. I now wonder, why do people bank with you?
