No Customers Service at all

Applies for a credit card online , Received sms that the card is delivering today Phoned them . They told me i must apply again

Went to Three Rivers Vereeniging - Dont bother this bank is close during loadsheding They Cant Communicate : Fnb your customer communication skills sucks .

I would advise anyone to rather go to a bank that has a plan during loadsheding

So its my vault i cant expect you to communicate to me if you dont even have the know how how a generator works .

Please Nedbank , go and advise FNB on Communication Skills , Teach them how a generator works . i dont know what im going to do with a credit card delievred to me that does not exist Eish Sies Man
