No customer service from FNB

Good day

I went online to open an account with FNB, i competed a call me back block on the website more than a week ago but still did not get a call from anybody at FNB. Does South African busnesses not need new business or are they just not bothered about customer service. Looks like every body in SA is just in their jobs or positions for the big salaries end of the month and not bothered about anything else. This is very bad for a company as big as FNB and i hope SA people see my review and open their eyes.
