No customer service experience whatsoever

I lodged a complaint last month, my complaint was not heard and neither did anyone contact me telephonically to address the issue. TEVIN PETERSEN sent me an email last month to say he escalated a complaint and to date he have not contacted me telephonically. I don't understand how someone can work in the complaints department and not know how to handle the complaint nor make contact. I am moving everything over to Standard Bank due to the pathetic service from Tevin !!
