No Customer service available - Useless

I'm now trying for more than 2 months now, just to change my debit order of my Law on call plan. They are useless. Unable to get any feedback from them. They are just ignoring me after about more than 10 e-mail that were sent.

My first response I got from the was on the 04/07/2022 where they confirmed they got my query, and after that and a few emails, only got another response where they requested my id on 12/08/2022. And that was the last I heard from them, even though I requested several times for feedback from them since then, no feedback received. I'm just getting ignored.
