No Customer Service at all

I opened an online account 3 weeks ago, i got my card, but i cant access my online profile, i dont even have an official letter from this bank of my banking details, i dont know what my banking details are, 3 weeks later, i am not paying for this months monthly fees, i have received 0 services from FNB, I called again today, the agent hung up on me
