NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!

after being I client since the age of 18 I will be moving to a better bank, a bank with customer service!!! seems like this Covid thing gave everyone brain damage. tried to reverse a debit order and got transfer from one consultant to another to another to another. got so angry and then I ran out of airtime. went on the website and asked someone must please contact me, waited 48 hours and a very rude person phoned me. I was so upset, i ended the call. Problem still not sorted!
