No Customer Service At All

Struggled to retrieved cash send sent. Queried about this telephonically with Mcebisi and at the branch and still did not get a solution to my query after an hour and a half long service consultation. I was promised that I was going to get a call back within an hour and it clearly looks like my query was dismissed as it has been 5 DAYS and no feedback has been provided. Trying to call the branch is pointless.
