No customer service at all

Good morning,I am writing this review for the 3rd time in 2months. Fnb has not unblocked nor give me back my money that is in my account. I have been to the Silverton branch in Pretoria they failed to help me.May you please help me with this bank to give me back my money if they dont want to help me with my account please. I am going to take this matter to other platforms if they cannot help me here .I have not accessed the bank account for 2months ,all my debot ordered are blocked , no access to my money. Please help me today not tomorrow . Im tired now.Thank you
