No Customer Service at all

FNB should really consider spending the money they do on TV ads on training there staff on how customer service is supposed to be. Something as simple as a increase on my overdraft is taking 5 day's. 1st I am told by the Consaltant it would be immediately. Then they change to 24. When that did not happen they listen to the voice recording and when realised that they wrong they look for more ways not to help. After getting it loaded they loaded the incorrect amount. They again don't rectify the mistake instead they will look for a reason to justify even if they have the voice recording. My advice be very carefull in dealing with the so called Premier Banking they have one goal and that is to not help the customer.

Thank you

It does not seem like FNB is willing to sort this out. They have no regards to customerservice. No one has bother to call me. They have sent a email and ignore my request to call me. They do have lots of excuses on email. My next step would be Ombudsman and consumer board. Thank you
