NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE IN THIS COUNTRY

I have been having non stop problems with FNB, I am currently under debt review due to unforeseen circumstances, I am trying to make things right and opted to go for debt counseling instead of running away from my responsibilities, I am with debt rescue and will be writing a separate review for them, they are just as pathetic. I lost my job and was told to complete a form, which I did and sent back to debt rescue. I then got an email saying all is well and that both debt rescue and FNB has approved the request due to my very valid reasons for not being able to pay for the month of June. I have been getting non stop sms messages from FNB saying they are terminating my court order because I did not pay them with a number to call. When I call the number I am told to hold on, they are experiencing higher than normal call volumes. I have called 5 times, first 3 times, I hold on so long, that I run out of airtime. I then called 2 times more and after hearing the beep that my airtime is again about to run out left a message both times asking someone to urgently call me back. Yet no one gets back to me and I still continue to get the same sms message. I also don't any response from debt rescue after asking them to please provide me with an update to my 10 emails I sent. I have to much debt, I don't have airtime to hold for hours on end, and no one is responding to my emails. What am I paying you aftercare fees for? I am just left to stress me into a heart attack. Please get someone to call me so we can sort this out once and for all. I mean really, no where do you get customer service anymore, is that to much to ask for in this country? Really unhappy with the level of service I have received from both FNB and Debt Rescue. Pathetic really!
