No customer service

FNB last month put my bank account on hold. I went to the branch to fix the problem and get my money but they told me that I must seek help from ***** investigators who blocked the bank account. I tried many times to contact the investigators but they never rep**** at all for weeks. But now I am receiving phone calls from different kind of numbers and the people telling me that they work for FNB and they want me to send them money on ewallet ATM to get my account fixed again. This is ***** and ******* what FNB is doing. They blocked my account to find a way to make me give them money *******ly. My account is still blocked and I am going to report this *******ion bank
