No customer service

I have logged a complaint online, spoken to an consultant and on hello peter last week. And till now, no 1 phoned me to discuss this matter and try and resolve this. Still sitting with a card on my ****en surname, account not active (new) account. Reading through the reviews on hello peter and man o man, FNB customer service is down the drain.
