Hi Daffnie

I received a call from 1 of your consultants twice, she does not know what is going on, why can i not have a competent person calling me, is it so hard.

1. I went to FNB in Canal Walk to apply for the FNBy card, the consultant showed me that it can be done online, i went home and did it online.

2. I received an email from FNB confirming my FNBy card and delivery

3. I called on the Monday as i wanted to change my delivery address to my office address, they told me that the courier will contact me when the card is out on delivery.

4. The lady that just called me told me i cannot apply online, when i literally app**** online.

5. If i cannot apply online, why does my daughter have an online banking profile via the FNB App, and why is her profile open and linked to my account??

6. How much more horrible service do i have to endure with FNB?

Can you please get someone to sort this out ASAP!! I cannot do the back and forth with you people anymore, its simple, find out where the card is, when it is going to be delivered and call me back with proper feedback. The card also gets embossed, the lady that called me told me that FNB keeps these cards in the branch, this is incorrect!!

Good Day

Thank you for your posting,

I do believe that that this type of cards are made avail at the branches as they are not embossed cards, However I have escalated this again to premier Banking to assist you accordingly.

Daffnie,

This is taken off fnb's website, look at 'ways to apply'

https://www.fnb.co.za/savings-account/fluid-youth-account.html

below is an image of the embossed card as well:

Call the branch and ask them, it should take you 5 minutes
