No customer service

My personal account have been frozen by Fnb Bank , i called their numbers and they instructed me to go to the branch. I went to the Silverton Pretoria branch then i told them they assisted me by calling their headoffice. Their Headoffice was not very kind and helpful towards my issue. I gave them all they asked for but my account is still blocked. I have been having the account since 2017 so what could be the issue..As far as iam concerned Iam your customer and you should assist me. May they please just give me my money if they dont need me as their customer.
