No customer service

I have a problem with my FNB bank, month of May 2023 I had issues financially then I took temporary loan and I settle my installment end of June so now when I check on my credit score it shows that I still our FNB and I went to the branch to clear this issue they said they can not help me I need to call experian, again with my expense I tried to call experian and I had to wait for their call center almost an hour to respond to my call , the respond I got was call the branch and ask for the paid up letter and I did that and they said it is going take 24 hour and I waited that 24 hour but my issue is not yet fixed now I have to call again with my expense
