No customer service

I am shocked at the service I have received with fnb. I simply needed a letter stating that all my accounts have been closed and not just paid up. I use to be a private banker and they also turned me away and say I must call another number. I have been to the branch and also no help! This totally reminds me why I left this bank in the first place! No customer service. My last complaint regarding the same thing was never even resolved either!
