No customer service

My account is locked bu ***** department without notifying me. I found out the reason and who the investigator is and immediately send affidavit and copies of WhatsApp messages to show I am not guilty of ****ming. The investigator send e-mail saying he will call, no call, no further contact to say what is going on. I told him I am expecting money, but I am ignored. Is this the way customer service is at the banks, well its bad.
