No customer money protection nor intelligence in FNB

I reported suspicious debit orders in my account and I was advised these were blocked. In September the very debit order i reported went through and this November they came back to debit over R15000 under fnb watch. This back substandard service is frustrating and I regret that clause I accepted in my house loan.
