No customer care what so ever!!

On Monday, 18 May, at 9.15am I went into the Vincent Branch to reverse an illicit debit order and was told that it can take up to 3 days to be reversed. Well, up to now I have had no funds reversed back into my account and trying to phone to find out what is happening regarding the issue was kept on the line for 15 min with just Music in my ears. This must be the worse bank EVER!!!
