No customer care

Really frustrating that in this age FNB can still treat their customers like this. I deposited R1300 last week monday. Deposit was unsuccessful but atm kept my money. Reported it next morning. Was assured it will be sorted and reflect in 2 days. I'm still waiting a week later.
