No Customer care!

I logged in a complaint with FNB on 11.11.20 it was never resolved.

On the 26.04.21 It had to cost me R150.00 to get my query resolved calling and being cut off as they delayed, being transfeered from one call to the other. Thats how useless FNB has become all they seem to care about its ratings after a call. They should consider giving a good service then they would not have to worry about their stupid after call ratings.
