No customer care.

After constant issues with services being "temporarily unavailable" I logged a complaint. I received an email requesting further information which I promptly rep**** too. then nothing. I called to follow up only to find my query had been closed without any clarification or contact. I spoke to a representative who claimed that it had been escalated and someone would contact me. Nobody has contacted me. Over the years I have made multiple queries, to date I still have not received a single meaningful response. This is a company that wants to appear friendly and helpful while simultaneously doing the opposite.
